Masha lives in the U.S. and works as a Product Manager at Edtech. But something inside did not allow Masha to relax and enjoy her career. For 5 years Masha was searching for an answer to the question: what do I want to do and earn further? Where should I study?

I came to Marina already prepared, because I thought that I knew myself well. To tell the truth, I was even afraid that we would not be able to find something that I did not know about myself. The more I was surprised when during the first two sessions I didn't even understand - what is the foundation of my professional activity, what is my strongest quality?
My request was: to build my career path for the next three years, to understand how I need to develop at my current place of work and what further steps to take to develop my career.

Now I can definitely say that I have a long-term plan and the steps to implement it. I feel calmer and more confident because I understand my future path and, most importantly, even if I suddenly start to doubt it, I know what to do to get back on that path.

Marina indicated that we would work on four sessions at a time. I like this approach, because at the end of each fourth session I see a specific result.

Marina's attention is very important to me. She thoroughly delved into my case (sometimes I even felt like I was her only client). She was great at connecting my disparate stories into one picture and helped me understand myself better. Almost every session brought out a new layer of information about myself.

Everything that Marina gave me was very applicable and clearly fit into my career. At the same time, the sessions were very non-thinking. We laughed a lot, like girlfriends. Marina has an amazing sense of humor!

Even after resolving my initial query, I chose to continue working with the coach to do the steps we had outlined more effectively.
